Fully automatic crimp stations with integrated force-distance monitoring. Every crimp is checked against target values in real time. Pull-force testing per IPC/WHMA-A-620. Cross-sections from 0.13mm² to 95mm².
Non-contact stripping from 0.05mm² cross-section. No mechanical damage to individual strands — critical for fine wires in medical technology and sensors. Repeatability ±0.2mm.
Five-stage test process for every piece: continuity test, isolation resistance (>100MΩ), hipot test (up to 2.5kV), pull-force measurement, visual final check. Full documentation and traceability.
